Add Funds

Many of our clients would like to on occasion put money into their account so they don't miss a Payment.  A method to do this would be to log into billing and click on the Add Funds link.

What our Billing system then does is Generate an Invoice.  You must then immediatly pay that invoice, otherwise the invoice will show as past due and you will get email warnings saying you are late on a payment.

You have three options at this point.

1.  When using the Add Funds option, either using a Credit Card or PayPal make the payment immediatly while in that transaction mode.

2.  If you encounter a problem making the payment please notify us so that we may cancel the invoice you just generated.

3.  If you have encountered a problem making the payment and had a credit on your account prior please notify us as well so that we can make sure that your credit did not get applied to the invoice you just generated.
