This article explains how to stop people from being able to view whos on your ventrilo server and all those status details remotely. To disable this see the following:

1. Login to your ventrilo server as admin
2. Right click go to server admin and click server properties
3. Were it says remote statusing returns untick all or the ones you wish to restrict outsiders from viewing
4. Once this is done click send and wait a few moments for this to be updated
5. Note this may require your server to be restarted which you can do from the Monster Manager
