Ventrilo: Different Voice Modes

Queued allows only one person to talk at a time. They cannot be interrupted.
Muted does not allow anyone to talk in the channel (good for AFK channels). Anyone equal or over rank level will still be able to talk.
Normal allows anyone to talk at any given time, unless Transmit Rank level is defined.
