Reserved slots is a good way to ensure that high ranking officers of your guild, clan, or organization always have the ability to connect to the server. This will utilize X amounts of available slots on your server at all times. Users who are able to connect to reserved slots will then utilize those reserved slots when connected. In essence, these "slots" are "reserved" for users in the .USR listing.

Creating Reserved Slots

• Login to Ventrilo as a Server Admin
• Right click anywhere in the white area.
• Click Server Admin -> Server Properties.
• Select the number of reserved slots you wish to utilize.
• Click Send.

Enabling Reserved Users

• Login to Ventrilo as a Server Admin
• Right click anywhere in the white area.
• Click Server Admin -> User Editor
• Select the user from the Left.
• Under the Network Tab, check "In Reserved List".
