Upgrading or Downgrading your account

Some of our products will allow you to upgrade or downgrade slots or other features of your account with us.

  1. Login to our billing control panel http://billing.thegamemonsters.com/clientarea.php
  2. Click on the product services link
  3. Click the Modify Button next to the product(s) you wish to upgrade/downgrade
  4. Click the upgrade/downgrade button
  5. Once you have paid for the invoice amount for the increase your account will be upgraded
  6. After that your service will be automatically upgraded/downgraded so you can make imediate use of it.
